We all encounter times in our lives where we may feel anxious, sad, angry, or stuck in a pattern of unhelpful behaviour. This may impact our day to day lives, our relationship with ourselves and our relationship with others.
We may know that something must change but not be entirely sure how to move forward.
By offering a warm, supportive space I can help you. I use a blend of psychodynamic and trauma-informed therapy to support people in understanding themselves more deeply and feeling more grounded.
Psychodynamic therapy helps us look at how past experiences and relationships may be shaping your current thoughts, feelings and behaviours. With a trauma-informed approach, I will make sure we move at a pace that feels safe and respectful of your lived experiences.
As we gently work through these experiences, you will begin to gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships.
I am a BACP registered therapist and therefore work within their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
