We all encounter times in our lives where we may feel anxious, sad, angry, or stuck in a pattern of unhelpful behaviour. This may impact our day to day lives, our relationship with ourselves and our relationship with others. 

We may know that something has to change, but not be entirely sure how to move forward. We may need some help.

By offering a safe and impartial space I can help you. Using the psychodynamic approach, we can together, begin to explore how your current thoughts, behaviours and feelings are shaped by experiences in your past. As you gently work through these experiences you will  gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships.

I am a BACP registered therapist and therefore work within their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
